The Hami Barkol Coal Washing Plant in Xinjiang is a key energy project in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, with an annual coal processing capacity of 5 million tons. High-reliability intelligent power distribution architecture
To meet the extreme requirements of coal washing plants for continuous power supply, Zikai Electric designed a dual-circuit + intelligent backup power switching (ATS) system, which includes core equipment such as 61 gas-filled switchgear cabinets, high-voltage switchgear cabinets, and intelligent circuit breakers, to ensure "zero interruption" in key processes such as crushing and sorting.
Digital protection devices are used to achieve millisecond-level fault location and automatic recovery, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
Intelligent monitoring and energy efficiency optimization
An integrated IoT monitoring platform monitors device status, power quality, and load distribution in real time. Through AI algorithms, it dynamically adjusts power supply strategies, which is expected to reduce line loss rate to below 3% (data example).
It reserves access ports for energy storage systems, enabling future expansion into clean energy applications and helping companies achieve their carbon neutrality goals.
Adaptability to harsh environments
The equipment has passed IP67 protection certification and can withstand extreme temperature differences (-30℃ to 50℃), sandstorms and high salt spray environments in Xinjiang. The lifespan of key components has been extended to more than 25 years.
Strictly adhering to State Grid technical specifications, it supports "one-click start/stop" and remote operation and maintenance, reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance in border areas.
