To meet the extreme requirements of the sand plant for continuous power supply, Zikai Electric designed a dual-circuit + intelligent backup power switching (ATS) system, which includes core equipment such as a 2000kVA box-type substation, high-voltage switchgear, and intelligent circuit breakers, to ensure "zero interruption" in key processes such as crushing and sorting.
Digital protection devices are used to achieve millisecond-level fault location and automatic recovery, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
